I called JH Computer Clinic and an hour later they untangled everything and I was off and running at a fair price!  Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. This is not hyperbole, I haven't interacted with a person as into their job as Jack of Computer Clinic is, in a long time. He got to work on my desktop as if it was his own, so he kept at the task until much more was done than I expected or asked for!  Not only that, but I was able to walk in without an appointment (don't expect this) and after a very brief wait, he started to work like a whirlwind on my PC.  I didn't ask for it, but he extended my Windows 10 support and blew tons of dust out of my PC. In summary, I have never seen this kind of great service in this industry.
